Who We Are
The 855jl Story: Built for Filipino Players, By Gaming Experts
855jl was founded in 2019 with a singular mission: to create the best online casino experience specifically tailored for Filipino players. Our founders recognized that Filipino gamblers deserved better than generic international platforms that didn't understand local payment preferences, didn't offer Filipino customer support, and didn't respect Philippine gaming culture. So we built 855jl from the ground up as a truly Filipino-first platform.
From day one, 855jl integrated GCash and local bank transfers, knowing that Filipino players prefer e-wallets over credit cards. We hired native Tagalog and English-speaking support agents who understand the unique needs of players in Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao. We partnered with the world's top game providers to offer not just international favorites, but also games popular in Philippine casinos and card rooms. And we committed to operating transparently under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, ensuring every player that 855jl is a legitimate, licensed, and safe platform.
Today, 855jl serves over 300,000 registered players across the Philippines. We process thousands of deposits and withdrawals every day, with GCash transactions completing in under 60 seconds and bank withdrawals typically clearing within 15 minutes. Our game library has grown to over 1,800 titles spanning slots, live dealer tables, classic casino games, video poker, and sports betting. But even as we've grown, we've never lost sight of our founding principle: Filipino players deserve the best, and that's exactly what 855jl delivers.
The 855jl team includes gaming industry veterans with decades of combined experience in online casino operations, software development, payment processing, customer service, and regulatory compliance. We work with PAGCOR to ensure our platform meets all Philippine gaming regulations. We partner with certified game providers whose titles are regularly audited for fairness. And we invest heavily in security infrastructure to protect player data and funds with bank-level encryption and fraud detection.
Licensed & Regulated
855jl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating all gaming activities in the Philippines. Our license requires strict compliance with responsible gaming standards, player protection protocols, anti-money laundering rules, and data security requirements. Regular audits ensure we maintain these standards at all times.
